0mgbd operates as an online gaming and sports wagering platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 0mgbd (the "Platform"). The Platform reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

To register and use 0mgbd, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or legal entity) with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party and must be funding your account using your own personal funds, not funds obtained from any unlawful source.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on 0mgbd. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, contact details, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

Account Verification (KYC)

0mgbd may request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a national ID card, passport, utility bill, or other government-issued documentation. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to comply with KYC requests within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure and suspension of pending withdrawals.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. 0mgbd will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility. Payments

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

0mgbd supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh-native payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits are subject to change at the Platform's discretion.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have their withdrawal requests held pending review.
• 0mgbd reserves the right to carry out additional checks on large transactions as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

0mgbd offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms that may apply:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times is considered abuse and may result in cancellation of funds.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses that have not been used within the promotional period specified will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• 0mgbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any misuse of promotions will result in account suspension and forfeiture of related balances.

All monetary values associated with bonus offers are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Welcome bonus amounts and free spin values are communicated in BDT (e.g., ৳20,000 welcome bonus) and are valid only for eligible new registrants unless otherwise specified.

Fair Play

6. Gameplay, Fair Play, and RNG

Void bets are refunded in full to the player's account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 0mgbd. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform's systems.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Money laundering or using 0mgbd as a vehicle to process funds of unlawful origin.

Liability

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0mgbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions. The Platform's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

0mgbd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect access. The Platform will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where practicable.

Where resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude any liability which cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 0mgbd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
