Responsible Gaming at 0mgbd

We are committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for every player across Bangladesh. Gaming should always be fun — never a burden.

Our Commitment to Player Safety

At 0mgbd, responsible gaming is not an afterthought — it is central to how we operate. We believe every player in Bangladesh deserves a platform that genuinely cares about their wellbeing. Whether you are enjoying slots, placing cricket bets on the BPL or T20 World Cup, or exploring our live casino, we want your experience to remain positive and within your personal limits.

Gambling is a form of entertainment, and like any entertainment, it works best when approached with clear boundaries. 0mgbd strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all registered players. We actively encourage all users in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and across Bangladesh to use the responsible gaming tools available on our platform. If you ever feel that gambling is negatively affecting your daily life, finances, or relationships, please reach out to our support team immediately — we are here to help, not judge.

Important: 0mgbd is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. If you are under 21, please do not register or use this platform. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

How to Use Our Responsible Gaming Tools

0mgbd has built a set of practical tools you can activate directly from your account settings or by contacting our support team. These tools are free, instant, and confidential. Here is what is available to you:

  • 💳
Deposit Limit — Choose a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and within 24 hours when increased, to protect you from impulsive changes.
  • ⏸️
Time-Out Period — Step away from gaming for a defined short period without permanently closing your 0mgbd account. Choose 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
  • 🔒
Self-Exclusion — Request a long-term or permanent exclusion from the platform. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. This is our strongest protective measure and is recommended if gambling is seriously affecting your life.
  • 🔔
Reality Check Reminders — Set up automatic reminders that notify you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent during a session, keeping your gaming experience transparent and time-aware.

To activate any of these tools, log in to your 0mgbd account and visit the Responsible Gaming section in your profile settings, or email our support team at [email protected]. All requests are treated with complete confidentiality and processed as a priority.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone, regardless of age, background, or experience level. Being aware of the early warning signs is the first step toward getting help. Watch out for these patterns in yourself or someone you care about:

  • ⚠️
Spending more money or time on gambling than you planned or can afford
  • ⚠️
Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gambling
  • ⚠️
Borrowing money, selling possessions, or neglecting bills to fund gambling
  • ⚠️
Lying to family or friends about the amount of time or money spent on gambling
  • ⚠️
Chasing losses by placing larger bets to try to win back money you have already lost

If you recognise any of these signs, please do not wait. Use the self-exclusion or time-out tools in your account, or contact our team directly at [email protected]. Early action makes a real difference.
